Life's too short...

My mom asked me to make this plate for my aunt. I think she will love it!!!

I made a SVG in inkscape using a file from Word/Wordart. I used the font High Strung on all of the wording.

I cut the cupcake using my Gypsy. It is from "Create a critter" with the smile removed and I added swirls from "Serenade".

I used GT5 Intermediate Vinyl in Cherry and Sapphire blue.

I used Wall pops in Ribbon candy purple and purple.

Sorry for the blur, my camera wouldn't focus properly. This is my first try piecing vinyl, it is very fun and very easy!!

Domino Pendants

Here is a picture of my cut file for my Domino Pendants and Scrabble Tile Pendants. I place a full sheet of scrapbook paper and have the pieces turned several different ways to get a variety of patterns out of one sheet of paper. I used my cut file to cut the background paper. The pooh was cut at a 1/2 inch size. All was attached with decoupage medium. I usually spray a clear coat of polyurethane spray paint.

I received a print magazine(to order art work) in the mail and I cut several pictures and attached the paper to the Domino with decoupage medium. I usually spray a clear coat of polyurethane spray paint.

I usually add some rhinestone to different elements of the pieces after they have dried.
